The nursery has been incredible helping my little one to settle. They have tried all sorts of different ways to see what would work, and they work with the parents and focus on each child, tailoring to each child's individual needs. All children are not painted with the same brush, it is whatever works best for each of them.
Really appreciate what they all do. The nursery is incredible and I would highly recommend it.

I am a very stressed mum and was worried how my 17month old will cope without me.
I was given plenty of opportunity by nursery to settle my son there by being there with him.
The staff are really caring. They comforted him and made all adjustments possible to facilitate him settling in.
They put regular pictures and updates on parentzone app daily so i can see what been up to and how he's been through the day.
Having seen other nurseries and their systems, I found that staff here are provide a family environment. They are kind, supportive, understanding for parents and children/ babies and really engage with each one.
They gave me reassurance and held my hand through the process in the first several weeks of my son starting nursery which helped my worries.
In a nutshell, loving caring staff look after children and parents at kiddisafe.

My son thoroughly enjoys going to nursery and that speaks for itself! He has a lot of fun and is consistently learning and growing. At the beginning I got to be present which eased the settling in process for us both - this was reassuring and made me us both feel comfortable about this new chapter for him. Kiddisafe woodhill has been outstanding. My son has been really looked after and cared for by Hasina and her team. The nursery has a great atmosphere with spacious rooms and is a close proximity to other attractions and shops. They also have their own car park which is great. They cater for all ethnic and background and have dedicated trained staff for special needs children which is superb. They are always improving and are well Liked by all who visit. Highly recommended

Kiddisafe was the best choice we made for our daughters 1st "education". Cannot praise the "cubs" team enough, though my daughter has only had one term with them I can see how happy and excited she is when she comes from nursery, she is absolutely thriving in the nurturing environment they have created. The staff are very caring and support her in the most positive manner, they help promote her independence and ensure she is simply living her best life at nursery! Haseena has been an amazing support too, the communication and relationship the team have built with us as a family is just amazing.

I am really happy for my daughter she is shy not usally comfortable with all but here in kiddisafe she is growing very well ,learing ability ,her communication skill she is developing well Staff is very good specially for my daughter Meera maam. Thanks alot for staff of taking care my child

My son started the woodhill kiddisafe last summer and it is honestly the best decision we've made. We'd viewed quite a few nurseries in the area before we visited kiddisafe and I wasn't feeling confident sending him anywhere as he has some additional needs and it didnt feel like anywhere was the right fit for him. When we went to kiddisafe for the initial viewing I spoke with the manager Hasina about what my sons needs were and my worries with putting him into a nursery. She was genuinely so amazing at putting me at ease and assuring me that things would be done at my sons pace and in the way he needed to suit his needs. Since then the nursery has become like family to us both. I can't express how thankful I am for all the work the girls there have done with him, especially khadija and ammarah. You can tell they genuinely love and care for your child and are both absolutely amazing with children. My son has made so much progress whilst attending and he absolutely loves going into nursery every day. I don't think I could have found anywhere better than kiddisafe to send him.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at Kiddisafe. She attended for two wonderful years and thrived in their nurturing environment. They were fantastic at helping her overcome her fussy eating habits. They encouraged her to try new foods and we saw a significant improvement in her willingness to try different things. Also their assistance with toilet training was invaluable. They were patient and consistent, which made the process so much smoother for both our daughter and us.
Beyond these specific areas, the nursery's overall communication was excellent. We received regular updates about her day-to-day activities and her progress in general, which kept us fully informed and involved. We also really appreciated the "stay and play" activities they organised where parents could participate alongside their children. These events were a fantastic opportunity for us join in and to see our daughter interacting with her friends and teachers in the nursery setting.

Our daughter has been at KiddiSafe WoodHill since she was 1 and is now leaving at 4 years old. We’ve had an incredible experience with the nursery, the staff and the managers who have all been exceptional and have had such a positive impact on our daughter, her development and her confidence. We will miss KiddiSafe for sure and would definitely recommend this nursery, particular if you are looking for one that provides a family feel, who value both the children and their parents. All the staff at Kiddisafe have been amazing and very supportive. They always take time out to answer any questions I have and provide regular feedback on my child’s development. I would definitely recommend kiddisafe to anyone looking for a safe space for their child to explore and learn new things.

I really do not know where to start with this absolutely wonderful nursery with the most attentive staff! Hasina the staff manager is an absolute gem! Having sent both my grandsons there...I cannot fault them! The youngest leaves this year and sadly we have no more to send there now 😢...but I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe...vibrant...inclusive...professional and outstanding nursery for their child. Thank you Kiddisafe 😊

My Daughter started coming here since 9 months old. From day one it shows how much she enjoys it and how dedicated the staff are to her development. She has been going for a year and we are really please with her developing confidence and communication skills. The staff at Kiddisafe have been a massive contribution to this. There are also lots of opportunities for parents to get involved in activities such as Stay and Play. I attended recently for cake decorating which was good (messy) fun!
